Stella and Stanley Shouting Contest, French Quarter

Each year at the annual Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival there is a Stanley and Stella Shouting Contest. The next festival is March 26 - 30, 2008. This is a video of a four-year old kid shouting in the 2006 competition.
