What's the policy on reposting unapproved and discarded videos?

Basically, they're fair game. Discards don't show up on a search pre-posting, and they don't show up in the list of possible duplicates in the final step before posting, so we don't see if they've been tried before.

I think at least one of my discards was a success for someone else. Sometimes it's just timing.

Hmmm. I watched this and imagined it was like A Simple Plan admitted they were, in fact, whiny choir-boy douchebags and decided to make a musical to tell us all about it!

....ok, it's not that bad. But I still hate Broadway musicals.
