andybesySure, once ignited the body can burn, in particular it's fat, but it's erroneous to describe that as spontaneous combustion. Theres no good reason to think that combustion can occur in the body spontaneously without some source of ignition. Just because you haven't found the source doesn't mean combustion occurred spontaneously.
