Good video, regulation came into effect because the free market system by itself could not create a fair and free market.

However I don't know what Rachel is advocating for as government is just as capable messing up the free market as is capable of regulating it.

I wish she spoke on how the SEC and other regulator agencies needed to have their balls reattached or reformed so they can actually do their job properly. I mean how many times was Madoff reported to the SEC? How many times have Credit agencies ranking dubious stock options as AAA knowing that its a compound?
