Coloured ball prank in Rome imitates Sony Bravia ad

To protest government incompetence, Graziano Cecchini dropped 500,000 colored balls down the steps of Rome's Piazza de Spagna. The prank cost him €20,000 -- and probably a large fine as well.

More of a wank than a protest. Must have been fun for the maybe fifty witnesses. I would fire the guys who dropped the bag from the middle portion.

This would be a lot funnier if he did this when the place is full of tourists, but would be correspondingly messier/nastier. Hilarious. Reminds me of my *travel to that place. Looks like the cop lady is ready to laugh.
