Rotating Skyscraper

An Italian architect has designed a skyscraper which allows each section of floor to rotate. It is apprently planned to be built, you guessed it, in Dubai later this year, as well as Moscow. It's a pretty interesting design, I especially like the fact it is self-powered with wind turbines between the rotating floors.
