Ron Paul, why don't other candidates talk about drug policy?

He says in 47 seconds the most sensible thing I've ever heard someone in congress say about drug policy. Prohibition has been proven many times over to be folly and yet we still hold on to it in the U.S. like it's a security blanket. Get with the times. The war on drugs was a failure deal with it!
