Robbie Williams - My Way (Live @ Albert Hall)

If anybody ever hated him or his music, it's impossible to say he's not talented or hasn't got a great voice after seeing this. I'd know - 'cause I did.

"It's a night that... I'm going to pay tribute to the coolest men that ever lived."

Robbie Williams "fulfilled his dream" by performing live in the Royal Albert Hall on 2001/10/10. His performance of Sinatra's My Way (justly) received a standing ovation and the man himself was literally in tears halfway through the song.

To put it into context - it's kind of fair that this guy gets to sing this song in particular in the most prestigious arts venue in the United Kingdom, just considering where he's coming from.
Apart from starting his musical career in Take That, a blatant cheese-boys' band, where he wasn't even the lead and after which most people doomed his solo career, his major problems have been hard drugs and alcohol abuse and depression. To know this story, how someone's got over it, that pretty much gives them the right to sing as good as this to the public in my book.

Also featuring the best audience back-vocals you will ever hear. EVER. And damn, an ideal performance by Mr.Williams himself.
