You have to admit, it's quite a thing for an old rocker from the 60's to still be receiving fan mail at this stage of the game.

it's insane what some people expect stars to do just because they "bought all the records and went to 20 shows". It's like yeah, you and 200,000 other people, darlin.

one girl wrote to one of my clients like "can you come and play in my student bar? we will give you free beer!!! i LOVE YOUOOOOUUUUOOUO!!!111!!!11! oh and can you sign my underwear and send it back PLEASE i will love you forever".

it's insane. i don't think most of them really expect a response. Sometimes it's sad when you can see someone spent ages thinking of what to say, but there's NO WAY it's gonna happen, even if you are a very good cook and have nice breasts, he aint gonna marry you on the basis of one letter.
