Isn't this the guy that admitted to doing drugs and using prostitutes on the highly acclaimed show The Colbert Report. He's not patriotic, when he wants this. Cheney is wrapped in a flag and carrying a cross, who could want to impeach him?

Cheney is about as dirty as dirty gets and there are more than enough reasons to not only impeach him, but to imprison him.

Wexler is the very definition of patriotic by undertaking this effort.

Cheney is more Palpatine than Vader but yeah any action which aids the rebel alliance struggle against The Empire is worth the effort.

gwiz665, no. Some in the media decided it would be fun to take his words out of context and be totally dishonest about what happened, but it didn't happen like you said and anyone who gave you the impression that it did is worth ignoring for their blatant dishonesty with you.

He was running unopposed, in the middle of an interview with Colbert he was asked what he could say which could possibly blow the election for him if he had been running opposed. After some bit of coaching and prompting he was talked into repeating those lines.

Personally I was a bit surprised that he did it and thought it foolish myself, not because there was anything that wrong with what he really said in context but because it was so obvious it would be misused out of context and feed people the exact same impression you seem to have. It might speak to his judgment on when to keep his mouth shut, but not to honesty, drug or prostitute use.

I love that guy for what he said on Colbert.

Yeah, I realized that after I posted. Didn't think it worth going back to though. You had become more active while I was away on break and I deal with people all the time who say things like that and mean it, they'll try to source and argue the point with you if you can call FOX and Rush sources. I saw a few other things you posted pretty soon after so realized I'd probably made a mistake here, but WTF. Even if you didn't mean it others still believe it so it was worth saying and I couldn't justify trying to edit my way out of it after the post

The sift has shown me how jaded im becoming because no one is going to impeach anyone. Even if everything said about Cheney is true (and it probably is) we wont do dick. Not then, not now, not ever. Its just how it is, we have moments where we posture and talk a big game and i would love to impeach that bastard but it just wont happen
