Radiohead's "Like Spining Plates" from Amnesiac with footage from Werner Herzog's documentary "Lessons in Darkness".

This is the first video that made me cry.

Looks like Herzog's film, "Lessons of Darkness" (1995). Worth seeing if you like this.
