I'd give him a 9 out of 10 for the approach, but there was a lot of splash on the landing.

b) in what country are such prison cells legal? look at the size of it! and a open to see toilet?
c) who on earth allows video surveillance in prison cells?

@conan: Here in America, virtually all prison cells have a toilet like that.
