Police Defend Using Taser on Grandma

Sergeant in Travis County, Texas defends the tasering of 72-year-old Kathryn Winkfein. He says Winkfein repeatedly challenged Deputy.

She was an asshole and got what she deserved. The End.

I don't know personally how much pain a Taser inflicts, but my guess is a lot. The officer could have spared her the suffering by wrestling her into submission, I mean how strong can a 90 year old woman be?

Unless of course he sucks at wrestling/submission, in which case I guess the Taser is, unfortunately, the way to go.
