The comedian gets into an argument about politics with Michael Parkinson on his show. The show was recorded and broadcast on Saturday February 17th 1973. The other two guests are Sir John Betjeman and Maggie Smith.

Like a youtube commenter said, nowadays we get to hear what posh & becks think about issues, instead of smart talented people.

Moving this video to moodonia's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 2 days.

It's been 40 years since they had this conversation, yet their arguments, as I understood them, remain as valid today as they were at the time of this recording. How unexpected it might be to see Kenneth Williams in a meaningful discussion, the frustration about prevailing issues still triumphs.

So, after just watching the "discussion" between John Stewart and Bill O'Reilly, there's no way to not *promote this.
