This is a short film by director and actor Matthew Silver (aka the Man in the White Dress). I saw it when he had a retrospective at the Anthology Film Archives in NYC. I was very happy to find it on his youtube channel. It's brilliant dark comedy. Another bonus: he seems to reply to every single comment he gets on his youtube videos, so tell him how you like it!
