That's right... One of my favorite books- this is going to be awesome. I hope they get Peter Jackson to direct it.

My god, how recent was this? Because the idea of an Ender's Game movie, if done right, is possibly the most exciting thing EVER to me in terms of cinema.

I've lived too long with this movie in development hell. I won't know who I am without it.

Should it excite anyone when a movie translation of their favourite book is mooted?
These are invariably disappointing or even awful. You lose so much detail and nuance in the adaptation. The only film I can remember that did a passable job was Remains of the Day. The only other way they can get the narrator in the film is to cheat with voiceover and voiceover is one of the worst things in film and television.
