Original Doctor Who theme using only guitar effects

As a demo for electro harmonix pedals, guitarist Bill Ruppert recreates the sounds of the original* Doctor Who theme using only a guitar and some analog effects pedals.

The result is pretty impressive. (skip to 1:30 for the actual demo)

*Am I the only one who doesn't like the extra orchestration in the newer themes?
