That second one is definitely not in Korea, they don't have bikes like that there. It looks a lot more like Vietnam, but it could probably be any SE Asian country. I think they probably just picked the country that suited them best for most of these...

What country is "Africa"? This was done in the US for sure. Just the same like their permanent regards to Spain, Germany, Italy etc. as "Europe". That´s what happens if your school system isn´t able to teach you basic geo. Like there´s only 5 countries in the world: "the" America, South America, Europe, Asia and of course the evil Middle East.
