And guess what -- we'd all agree that this is the situation in which to use them. They are indeed "evil" when the cops decide to taser a man whose flesh is dripping off his body after experiencing third degree burns over his entire body because he refused to lie face-down on the pavement with his flesh dripping off his body, especially when said tasering led to cardiac arrest and death, for example.
