I'll upvote this one for the obvious reason that if you don't let the neo-con commentary bias you, it's very clear what Obama means, and that he has a very coherent, and constitutionally respectful assessment of the way the courts handled the situation.

Anybody who can hear, and knows about the us legal system and government, can see that what we are reading is a clear attempt to cherry pick "hot button" words out of a very coherent position.

At least the editors have their heads so far up their own asses, that they didn't notice that leaving the audio intact demolishes their point on its own.
