This is a promotional Scientology video used to amp people up on "clearing" the planet. They admit how they fund front groups and attempt to infiltrate the "corridors of power".

Many, unfortunately, do indeed believe this shite. Some thanks in part go to videos like these which program their already gullible followers. 'Cause you've got to be a bit of a dolt to sign up in the first place. So I see what you're saying and agree it's hard to believe but I wouldn't want people thinking this is another Scientologist parody video and skipping over it without viewing... it's completely nuts and a little scary that this is actually their material. Look for part 2 on youtube.
