In honor of the passing of one of cinema's Great Ladies, Deborah Kerr (Sept. 30, 1921 - Oct. 16, 2007), in her probably most iconic cinema moment: rolling on a Hawaiian beach with Burt Lancaster in 1953's "From Here to Eternity".

I don't know what deep psychological connection causes it, but that scene of the two of them necking on the beach as the wave washes over them is one of the most iconic images ever filmed.
