Moon Hoax- The Bean,The Camera,Spotlight and its Reflection

"Was there a reason why Alan Bean pointed the tv camera at the Apollo 12 Spotlight TM (was the soundstage not large enough to show model surveyor in distance, wire rig not developed to replicate 1/6 g?),or was it a genuine accident? Yes he may actually be that dumb. Evidence from later missions however would seem to suggest that Apollo tv cameras do not malfunction when pointed directly at the Spotlight."
