Michael Jackson and....Sonic 3?!

From YT description:
"Why would I be kidding? We have evidence that Michael Jackson, at one point, worked on Sonic 3's music - he was canned, but his associates weren't, hence the similarities shown here."

I had heard rumours previously that indicated that Michael Jackson had worked on Sonic 3's soundtrack, this clip provides proof.
An interesting little nugget for anyone whose childhood was as dominated by Sonic as mine ;)
