McCain Advisor Rick Davis "Paid" by Freddie Mac until Aug 08

From YT: Did John McCain's campaign manager, Rick Davis accept bribes from Freddie Mac?

John McCain claimed that Rick Davis had long severed ties with Freddie Mac and has not done any work for the lobbyist firm created by Freddie Mac in several years, but new reports show Rick Davis has been recieving $15,000 per month from Freddie Mac up until August of 2008, just one month ago.

I'm scared that I'm getting apathetic about all this crap. A year ago, I would've been fuming. But now, I've been lied to enough that things seem to be taking their normal course. Don't get me wrong, I realize that course is one marred with corruption, lies, and deceptions, but they don't get my blood boiling anymore.

What's happening to me? Is this what adulthood is like? Maybe I need more coffee.

@MINK, I'd say there's a pretty substantial difference between individuals from the company donating a maximum of $2300 to the official campaign, and paying the campaign manager $15,000/month for potential future access to President McCain.

One is called a "donation" the other is called a "bribe".
