lol what a dick. I think that those kind of guys are going to act like that, whether they're an officer or not, there are just assholes in the world who will abuse whatever priveleges/powers they can.

There ought to be a small part of internal affairs that tickets cops for breaking traffic regulations when they have no cause to. My favorite is the turning the sirens on so they can run a red light and then pull into McDonald's drive through.
