I have to say, I'd be even less likely to steal from an old lady with an mp40. Not just because of the gun... but what kind of woman would keep an MP40 instead of a tommy gun? Someone whose late husband was german, would be my assumption. In which case there's a history of genocide. No quite what I'd be looking for, were I a patron of the arts.
