Good post, I believe this was his breakthrough role.

I was just wondering why there wasn't a Pavarotti submission on the front page of the sift, so kudos to swampgirl! I am an emotional mess when I hear that majestic voice, and now it is bittersweet knowing of his passing. He was/ is my favorite tenor of all.
