There was a shop teacher at my high school whose last name was Hunt and first name was Michael, but he went by "Mike". I kid you not. Bummer is, it's funnier when it's a joke. Seeing the guy 5 days a week for four years, and you just stop caring, like i imagine he did decades before.

I had a history teacher named Miss Kelly. She had teased hair and wore too much make up, and the kids used to joke about how she looked like a pornstar from the 80's. One day while she was out of the room some kids were snooping around and saw some mail on her desk with her maiden name on it: Anita Dick. Kids can be so cruel.
