Light Returns To Rio de Janeiro After Major Brazil Blackout

From YT: On November 10th a major power failure affected 18 States in Brazil, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro included, plus Paraguay... The event started at about 22:00pm local time and power returned only after 03:00am... Reasons for the power failure are still unknown...

Land lines still worked, but Internet and cell phone networks were all dead... TV broadcasting was also heavily impacted, with only a few channels active on larger cities...

The video shows lights returning to streets and homes in Rio de Janeiro...
