"Lidsville" - Psychedelic '70s Children's Show

Charles Nelson Reilly and Butch Patrick (Eddie Munster) star in Lidsville, a show about living hats (and lots and lots of drugs).

from Wiki: Lidsville's title and subject matter were often interpreted as references to drug use: the word "lid" is slang for a hat or cap (as in "flip your lid"), but "lid" is also early-1970s slang for three quarters of an ounce of marijuana.
