LOL. (not laughting at them, but because they are so cute) They are touched by the Holy Spirit Only people who haven't accepted Christ would call this crazy, no offense. Those tears you saw were tears of joy because the Holy Spirit gives you a feeling of unexplainable joy, esp. the first time you accept Him into your life, u go from miserable to overjoyed! period. As for the rocking...studies show that people rock when they are feeling comforted in a way. either that or they have to go piss:)
