Just in time for USA Thanksgiving: PETA Turkey Abuse Video

AP: "Global poultry grower Aviagen Inc. said it has suspended a supervisor and would investigate a video released by an animal rights group that appears to show horrific abuse of turkeys at the company's West Virginia farms. (Nov. 19)"

I say USA Thanksgiving since Canadians already enjoyed their turkeys a month ago, what with their shorter growing season and all making earlier harvests crucial.

Waiting until Thanksgiving to ensure maximum exposure for this kind of thing is ALL about animal welfare.

I really think it's time we all started thinking about this kind of farming.
