Sasuke (broadcast in other places under the name 'Ninja Warrior') is considered the most difficult televised obstacle course in the world. Requiring an insane amount of upper body strength, the first time you fall you are disqualified. Only 3 contestants out of 2,600 have actually finished, achieving 'Total Victory.'
