The song is "You Belong to Me", a song written in the 20's and made popular again in the 50's.
Many may recognize this charming song sung by Steve Martin and Burnedette Peters in 1979's The Jerk.
In this clip, artist Janet Klein shows us the chords and tuning for the song played on a Ukulele. The best part is at 1:20 where the video features a karaoke demonstration displaying the chords.
