Irish Cannabis: The Road to Regulation

This month a bill will be introduced in the Dáil (Irelands' Parliament) to legalise the growth, sale and export of cannabis. Its unlikely to pass given how useless Irelands' political system is, I expect most politicians would privately agree with legalisation but will vote the party line, but it is a major step and the first time a debate will take place at the highest levels of government on the isssue. I intend to write a few letters for all the good that will do, but democracy is what you make it.
