The guy in the IQ shirt seems upset.

According to LiveLeak the assailant only got community service and had to pay the victim for medical expenses. Here in California that attack would probably be prosecuted as felony assault. That guy should have done hard time. There's no excuse for that kind of behavior.

Definitely not from Florida, dude would have been shot. This is a situation where the punishment should have been a day in the stocks and a nice public flogging. Community service won't prevent him from doing it again.

I wouldn't want a guy like that doing service in my community.
