Human Baby/Babies Ready to Burst out of Stomach

A female co-worker was cooing (!) over this video and remembering how nice it was to be pregnant. Several things left my mouth without passing the brain:

Q: Doesn't it feel very uncomfortable?
A: No, it feels great, you have a living being inside you.

Q: Is it looking for a weak spot to start chewing its way out?
A: ...

Q: So the baby, what if it kicked your liver real hard, wouldn't that hurt?
A: They are restricted by the amniotic sac, they can't do that.

I guess the reaction you have while watching this video really depends on if you've experienced it or not. I mean it's beautiful, a new life, mother and baby, and all that.
