blankfistsays...You know, privatization doesn't mean it has to go to private corporations. A lot of times the local or state community takes the burden, which (I think) used to be the case for most hospitals (most are run by the churches - or at least used to be). Doesn't privatization mean getting it out of the hands of the (ahem, inept) Federal gov't?
Memoraresays...services taken from of the inept but Elected (and therefore at least somewhat accountable) government into the hands of unelected and completely unaccountable Corporations.
