Harry Lime appears in "The Third Man"

I think if I made a "top 10 great scenes in cinema" list, this would certainly be on it -- after being presumed dead for half the film, Harry Lime makes his dramatic entrance.

Great movie and great scene, though the running shadow is apparent the person is running in place. The sewer scene at the end is intense.
