I know I've seen this "Halloween Stripper" somewhere before (years ago) but can't remember for sure where. The only thing I can think of is it might have been an HBO special about foreign TV.

Good call ID. The link arvana originally had was with an Elton John song playing...the link I found claimed it had been restored to the "original music". But now that I know the source of the video I was able to find a longer clip that must contain the actual "original music".
