Green Lacewing debris-carrying larva and adult

The wife found one of these wierd little guys crawling on the patio table yesterday, so I had to figure out what it was. They're not very big, the one we saw was about 1/8" or 3mm long.

According to YT poster this is Chrysoperla rufilabris
