Grateful Dead: Touch of Grey

First performed in 1982, Touch of Grey was finally released on 'In the Dark' and went to the top 10 on Billboard's Hot 100 in 1987, appearing as a single. The video's popularity on MTV helped introduce the Grateful Dead to a new generation of fans, resulting in the 'Dead gaining mainstream attention.

Frankly, I never understood the attraction to the Greatful Dead...must have been all the drugs. But, that's what art is, expression and interpretation.

I think it was more the musicianship than the *drugs.
