legalization would have a major impact on big business choggie. I bet one of the big reasons it is not legal is because Alcohol and tobacco have massive lobbying power and spend millions to make sure it doesn't get legalized. The dent it would put in alcohol sales would be pretty massive. Also I think it would cause a boom in small business growers, head shops, pot bars, and the like.

grspec is right on most counts, but I don't think legalized weed would put much of a dent in beer sales.
