"High Hopes" was introduced in the 1959 film "A Hole in the Head." The song went on to win the 1959 Academy Award for Best Original Song. The music was written by Jimmy Van Heusen and the lyrics were written by Sammy Cahn. Eddie Hodges is the child star who sings with Frank Sinatra.
