Delirium Cordia is the third full-length album by Fantomas, the music could be described as the score to a horror movie and/or concept album centering on the theme of surgery without anesthesia. The entire album consists of a single track that is seventy four minutes and seventeen seconds long.

Several music genres and styles are covered over the course of the album including easy listening, chanting and metal, generally being separated by ambience and surgery sounds/voices.

Fantomas is an avant-garde metal band formed in 1998 in California, United States. The band is named after Fantômas, a villain featured in a series of crime novels popular in France before World War I.
