Ahhhh development, we take several paths, forward, backward, side-a-ways,down...one of the finer things available around-Test of P&W F119 thrust vectoring nozzle used on the F/A-22 Raptor

The F/A-22 is a beautiful piece of work. I've followed fighter technology since I was a kid, and it's been a while since there have been any significant advances in the tech since the F-16 Falcon. (A fighter which was notable for its electronics system.) The Raptor has some truly impressive design ideas that make it literally unbeatable in the field. Sure there's been some controversy as of late, mainly over the price and the computer mishap, but it's still one sweet jet. Naysayers can stick to their Eurofighter, but I'll take the Raptor any day.
