a ton of canadian bands including metric and death from above toured japan together about a year ago. it was called the artic wind tour (i think).

Emily on her own (well, kind of) has made more of an impression than Emily in Metric, and I don't know why. Upvote for the music.

After the first few decaseconds, I almost just moved on, writing it off as more "whiny chick music". It turned out to be a excellent song and most excellent video.
