E. Coli Cases Continue to Rise

Big news here in Deutschland, meanwhile bean-sprouts are the suspected source of infection. I bravely continue not to eat fresh vegetables.

BBC: The World Health Organisation says the number of people infected in an outbreak of E. coli which started in Germany, is continuing to rise.

More than 1,800 people have now contracted the illness, and a total of 18 people have died - all but one of them in Germany.

The BBC's Luisa Baldini reports.
