And for those whom might not know, this man died last month. We lost a great artist and possibly one of the most observant figured in comic books today. He will be missed.

/and for what it's worth I think John Stewart, not Hal Jordan, made a better Green Lantern, damnit.

The other rule of 3s is there is never to be more than 3 Whites on the screen unless it's a movie about skinheads. White-White-Black, White-Asian-Black, White-Hispanic-Black of any gender mix is all you see in commercials and a great deal of movies. If anything, Blacks are 'overrepresented' in these scenarios. If the ratios were reflected realistically you'd need 10 characters before one would be Black. Of course, the point of entertainment is to sell to as many markets as possible. Gays are 3% of the population but a (stereo)typically affluent and tasteful market is definitely worth reaching.

The problem with these "racial" situations is the propagandists (whoever they are) want it both ways. A Black superhero fights for the same values as a White superhero, which makes the former "too White" if his race is "ignored". But if the Black character is interjected with Black "viewpoints", then it's called racial pandering or Anti-White.

The best thing to do is just write and let everyone else 'worry' about what it means.

Once you understand that SUPERMAN was invented as a reaction to the Nazi Aryan Uberman, you can realize how these comics are just white power masked in (Gay) tights. Anyway, the only people reading this crap anymore are white trash.

For fun and at your leisure, pick 3 TV shows or movies made since 1980 that prove me wrong. That movie with Tom Hanks on the island doesn't count.

all you have to do is visit any box office in america, or pick up a TV Guide to see that your rule of 3 for whites isn't true.
I wholeheartedly agree with your last point.
